When will your order ship?
Once we receive your cleared payment, we will ship your order within 2 to 5 business days.
All handlings fees are on us.
Standard Plus Shipping - $4.99~$39.99 (3-8 weeks)
Your order will be insured and we will provide you with a convenient tracking number.
Customers residing in the United States, Canada, Western & North Europe, and Australia will receive their orders in two to three weeks by standard shipping. Those living in other destinations should expect to receive their products in a few more days.
Expedited Shipping - $29.99~$69.99 for all orders (2-3 weeks)
Expedited Shipping uses a private shipping service: DHL, FedEx, SF-Express, UPS.
Customers from North America and Western & North Europe just need to pay only US$29.90 per order to ensure 1~2 weeks delivery time. Expedited shipping customers will also receive a tracking number.
Please note that a physical address and valid phone number are needed for Expedited Shipping.
EU countries cancel no VAT below EUR22. We suggest declare full value and need to pay VAT fee (product fee x 17% to 27% according to different EU countries) and customs clearance fee. If you refuse to pay VAT and customs clearance fee, the parcel will be destroyed and you should cover the lost.
Packages sent to Germany require the recipient's EORI number even if the recipient is a private person. This is required by the service provider. Because the service provider plays the role of a carrier during the package transportation process, EORI number is required to ensure the legality and safety of the goods.
